The Birmingham Cave and Crag club stuff sack

CLIMBING'S NOT SO FAMOUS LAST WORDS:

 

If your climbing partner says any of the following to you be afraid,

VERY afraid.

 

(OK so I nicked moist of them from the web but they are pretty true.)

1) I never use a helmet for ‘just’ cragging.

2) Was that "on belay" or "off belay"?

3) BELOW!

4) No need for protection it's only a Severe!

5) Did you hear something?

6) I'm sure it was this way when I did it last time.

7) I'm okay, it's just a little headache.

8) No reason for that roping up stuff, I know where every crevasse is.

9) I think the rope made it all the way down???

10) Lets just abb from this tat, it looks solid.

11) Lets go for the top, we'll get back before it gets dark.

12) Your on belay... but whatever you do, don't fall!

13) I can’t find it in the guidebook but it can't be any harder than V.Diff, eh?

14) Looks pretty crap protection from here. Your lead then?

15) Did the guidebook say the abb was too the left looking out or looking in?

16) Don’t worry you are just seconding it!

And finally

17) Its just a scramble, take 5 nuts and some slings and leave the rest of that pro here.
